RETURN POLICY

For non-residents of Ukraine (citizens of abroad countries)


Returning goods of proper quality.

  1. The Customer has the right to cancel the ordered Product only before its dispatch via any delivery service or courier. The fact of dispatch may be confirmed by the carrier's tracking number or any other document confirming the shipment of the order by the Seller. The online store "Fabrika Decoru" DOES NOT PROVIDE a refund for goods of proper quality if they have already been handed over to a delivery service or courier.
  2. If the order has not yet been dispatched to the Buyer, free cancellation of the order is possible within 3 days from the date of placement on the Seller's website, excluding the day of purchase, and if the customer has notified Fabrika Decoru of this by email (see Contacts section). In this case, the customer must provide the order number, date of the order, full name, and payment details if payment has been made.
  3. The Customer cannot refuse a Product that has individually defined properties if the said Product can only be used by the Customer who purchases it.
  4. If the Customer refuses the Product of proper quality (according to the conditions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this subsection) before the day of shipment of the order but no later than 3 calendar days after the date of order placement (excluding the day of order placement), the Seller must refund the Consumer the amount of money paid by the consumer according to the specified Order details, minus the bank commission for the transfer, no later than 14 days from the date of the Consumer's relevant demand.
  5. After 3 calendar days from the date of order placement, if the goods according to the customer's order are prepared for shipment (in full or in part), and there is confirmation from the Seller's TM Fabrika Decoru (photos and/or videos of boxes with packed goods), then in case of the customer's refusal of the order for any subjective or objective reasons not depending on the Seller, the customer is refunded no more than 80% of the total order amount, minus the commission for the bank transfer, and the remaining 20% is charged by the seller for the preparation, collection, and packaging of the order.
  6. Upon expiration of 90 calendar days from the date of placing the order and absence of payment for it, the Seller shall notify the Buyer by an appropriate letter to the Buyer's e-mail address. If the Buyer does not reply and/or does not confirm the possibility of accepting the packaged goods by any available means (self-carriage, shipment by existing and valid delivery services in Ukraine, delivery by sea or air on the terms initially agreed with the Seller), such order shall be unpacked, and the Buyer shall be invoiced for the costs incurred for assembly, packaging, unpacking of the Order, as well as the cost of its storage at the Seller's warehouse for 90 days.
  7. Upon expiry of 360 calendar days from the date of placing the order and its payment (partial or full), the Seller shall notify the Buyer by corresponding letter to the Buyer's e-mail address and in case of absence of a response from the Buyer and/or confirmation of the possibility to accept the packaged goods by any available method (self-carriage, shipment existing and operating delivery services in Ukraine, delivery by sea or air transport on the terms initially agreed upon with the Seller), then such order shall be unpacked, the following actions shall be performed with the order goods:
  • The goods whose shelf life has expired are disposed of at the expense of the Buyer (as part of the payment for the order). 
  • The goods whose shelf life has not yet expired are also disposed of or processed. The Buyer is presented with a financial claim for the following operations: order processing, collecting and storage of goods in the warehouse based on the cost of storing 1 pallet for a period of not less than 360 days processing and disposal of such goods.

    Return of goods of inadequate quality.


    Under the commodity of inadequate quality is meant a product that is not able to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect. This fact can also be established by the photo or video of the sent goods only if this photo or video clearly indicate the marriage or defect of the goods.


    The seller disclaims all responsibility associated with improper transportation of the Goods by any delivery service (see the Delivery section), improper storage or use of the Goods in violation of the instructions attached to the goods (described on the relating page of the “Fabrika Decoru” webstore). The seller has the right to ask the Customer to return the defective goods back (the expenses for shipping to the Seller's address is provided by the Buyer) for examination and confirmation of the fact that the Goods do not really correspond to the qualitative or quantitative characteristics described in the product instructions on the website www.fdeco.eu in the corresponding page.


    The buyer who bought the goods of inadequate quality, (if it was not stipulated, or described in the "Fabrika Decoru" webstore or was implied by the seller as Promotion or Sale), has the right to choose any of the following points at its option:


    • replace by a similar model (item) or another product (item) with the corresponding purchase price adjustment;

    • proportionately reduce the cost of the goods in the order;

    • get a discount for the next order, in according to the cost of defective goods;

    • has the right to refuse to purchase and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods (minus bank fees and for a payment refund transfer).


    All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be brought in the following terms:


    • The product has a warranty period - during the entire warranty period;

    • The warranty period is not established for the goods within a reasonable time, but not more than 1 year.


    The web store “Fabrika Decoru” has the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods if it considers that the detected significant deficiency is a consequence of improper Goods storage and / or using.


    In the event of any disagreement on the quality or causes of the defects, the web store “Fabrika Decoru” may conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge her decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods have arisen due to the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the cost of the examination to the web store “Fabrika Decoru” as well as the costs associated with its carrying out for the transportation and storage of the goods.
