Loyalty Program

For retail customers on the Fabrika Decoru website, an automatic discount system applies depending on the total order amount. The discount is applied at checkout and shown in the cart.

The order amount is determined by the value of products in the cart at the time of checkout. The discount is activated automatically once the relevant threshold is reached.

Important: loyalty discounts do not apply during sales, promotions, marketing campaigns, or special offers. They also do not extend to services, gift certificates, or specific items excluded from the program by Fabrika Decoru.

The discount is calculated automatically at checkout based on the subtotal of products, excluding delivery costs. If the order amount changes after removing or replacing items, the discount will be recalculated automatically.

Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promo codes unless otherwise stated on the website. The discount applies only to product prices and does not cover delivery or ancillary services.

The company Fabrika Decoru reserves the right to change the terms and the discount amounts without prior notice to customers.

Wholesale Discounts

Separate conditions and discounts apply to wholesale customers. They depend on the assortment and order volume and are agreed individually with the sales manager.

The current version of the loyalty program is effective from October 1, 2025.
